Gizmo was smart and funny, despite his beginnings he was an ambassador to the breed, because of his beginnings he came with a lot of health issues and we only had him for a very short 8 years. During that 8 years we learned about dog sports and performance events. Since we were going to shows that also had conformation events, we met people and Boston’s that bred to better the breed. With health testing and bred to the standard.
We talked to the breeders at the shows and started looking for our first show dog. We were lucky and Lizzy came along 6 months later, the rest of the story is still unfolding in her kids and grandkids on the following pages.
My kennel name comes from my roots in performance. If you have ever watched a Boston in Agility, they do some High Flying, usually at the most inopportune moments. It seemed to just fit!
I usually have one litter a year sometimes two (Always looking for my next show prospect), all my puppies are raised in the house with me, my husband and our adult Boston’s. I use puppy culture with all my litters, and they are all raised as if they will be a part of our home forever.
I love showing my dogs and meeting other people that truly cherish this breed. I have met some amazing people all because of my Boston Terriers.
The best part of raising puppies is seeing all the pictures and stories about the puppies that I raised in their new homes. This breed truly owns a piece of your heart.
